In December, visitors to Heathwood Homes’ fabulous master-planned community at the west end of Old Main Street in Milton celebrated “Traditions” in more ways than one.

Heathwood went all out in the Traditions sales office to decorate in a style befitting the season. Plus, Santa made a special stop earlier in the month at this traditional community. Kids had a great time visiting with the jolly old elf and enjoying seasonal refreshments, as their parents explored all that Traditions has to offer. The holiday mood was high as Heathwood’s festive décor enhanced the homespun ambience of the townhomes, semis and singles available here.

Like a Currier and Ives painting, the exterior of the Traditions sales office was decked in holiday style, with cedar garland-wrapped lights twinkling along the porch railings and festive birch tree planters flanking the warm, glowing entry. Inside, a wondrous tree decorated in golden garland, white flowers, pine cones and woven raffia balls enhanced the natural feel of the surroundings. Stockings hung on the Great Room fireplace mantel added yet another festive touch to the dazzling décor.

At Traditions, Heathwood invites purchasers to come “Home At Last” to a natural paradise, with walking trails, a forest, two parks, widened roadways and bicycle lanes right in the community. In this traditional neighbourhood, many single lots are more than 100 ft. in depth, and some back onto the beautiful Niagara Escarpment.

Fitting seamlessly into this stunning environment, the homes at Traditions reflect the old-Ontario feeling of this historic area. Upscale brick-stone and siding exteriors are designed with classic architectural focal points including porches, bay windows and intricate masonry detailing. Inside, owners enjoy open-concept spaces that serve as natural gathering places for families and friends. In addition to luxurious features and finishes, every home at Traditions is ENERGY STAR qualified, which conserves energy, saves homeowners money, and helps the environment. Traditions translates to remarkable value for homeowners – a solid investment in their financial futures.
